Screenshoter tray window with the latest screenshots — A small window in the tray keeps your latest screenshots. From here you can open, drag, or copy the files, or format the disk.

Screenshoter settings menu — All settings are one right-click away on the icon in the tray.

Screenshoter is open source under the zlib license. Written in Delphi in 2013; the code is on GitHub.
